I have worked in customer service driven environments for more than 30 years. Half of that in restructuring and developing administrative processes. And even though I am trained as a barrister in Dutch law, I decided that such an adversarial environment was not for me.

In the last 10 years I ran my own two UK businesses where my customers found that I am very personable and reliable.

The right person for the job

I have established this business in Henfield, West Sussex, because I became aware that in this high-tech and rapidly developing world there is a serious gap in services for the vulnerable and an ageing generation. With time it can become more difficult to cope with letters, appointments, phone calls and accumulation of stuff around the house.

With a little bit of extra help, people can stay in control of their own lives and don’t have to trouble their family or neighbours.
 
Very soon after starting my venture it became clear that my services do not only attract the before-mentioned clientele. I also welcome customers leading very busy lives, or small businesses, who need an extra hand sorting out the paperwork and staying on top of it.
